Rallying call to volunteers

..and an apology.

I've been amazingly tied up with setting up our new business venture over the past 6 weeks and as such am now only returning to the photography aspect of my life.

Rallying call

To kick-start this in true style I am organising a series of shooting sessions up and down the country; these sessions will not necessarily concentrate on current projects and installations but focus more on the portraiture aspect of my work.

Primarily a portfolio-building exercise there will be no charge for these shoots.  Should you want a copy of the shots taken on the day I am happy to provide them free of charge in a low-resolution digital format; professional-grade prints will be available at near-cost price.

What's the catch? None, all I ask in return is a signed model-release form.

When?

Sessions will begin in September and run through to December with the first session taking place at our home near Princes Risborough.  Bookings will be kept to avoid overlap, and either Caroline or I will contact you beforehand to discuss general ideas and check our requirements can be met.

How do I sign up?

Simply complete the volunteer submission form here selecting "Roadshow" from the project drop-down and specifying your location in the comments box provided.  Places are limited so don't hesitate!

Lastly, an apology

Sincere apologies to all those who have already made a volunteer submission or contacted me through the site and not received a reply; embarrasingly (given my profession) in my hast to construct the site I had not given enough time to cross-browser testing and they didn't work for everyone.

Could I indulge your generousity and ask you to make your submissions again?

Little Me

An enthusiastic and passionate semi-professional photographer for many years I took the decision in 2008 to side step my successful career as a Solutions Architect and devote my time to photography.

This blog is a catalog of my trials and tribulations on that journey.
